Henrik KarapetianHenrik KarapetianReceived his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Law from California State University, Northridge. He is also a graduate of the highly-regarded Loyola Law School of Loyola Marymount University located in Downtown Los Angeles.

Mr. Karapetian has clerked for the Honorable Judge Michael J. Farrell (ret.) of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has extensive experience as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting felony cases. Throughout his tenure in the legal field, Mr. Karapetian has gained valuable experience working on mass-tort cases including complex class action litigation and pharmaceutical defect cases.

After being admitted to the California Bar, Mr. Karapetian became an associate attorney with a prominent employment law firm and later, became a family law litigation associate at a small law firm where he handled complex and high net-worth cases up to, and through trial.

Mr. Karapetian also has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts. He has handled hundreds of hearings related to civil, business and criminal matters. He has also tried cases in Superior courts in the county of Los Angeles. His representations have included individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters including family law, personal injury, bankruptcy and criminal defense. Mr. Karapetian regularly contributes his time to the City of Los Angeles where he has gained experience as an examiner adjudicating appeals on vehicle code violation cases for the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Karapetian’s specialization and understanding of these areas of laws gives him a keen insight into understanding the best strategy when approaching his clients’ legal issues.

Although a litigator, he will, where appropriate and possible, undertake significant efforts to resolve disputes at the outset to minimize the costs of litigation and legal representation. He is regularly involved in mediation, and when trial is the best option, he is experienced and aggressive.

Mr. Karapetian is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the American and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
